Spectrum Strategies offers coaching services to individuals and groups in the five boroughs of New York City as well as Long Island. As an NYU certified life and career coach, Debra K. Solomon focuses on expanding the world of her clients by incorporating body, mind and spirit in her coaching. She helps clients improve time management and organizational skills, and provides guidance on how to move forward toward personal and professional goals by breaking larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. Her coaching is for both the individual and the family, facilitating the transition from high school, to the vocational world, college or the work force. Debra works with clients based on their individual needs.
Most of Debra’s work with clients is done on a one-on-one basis. After a parent or individual completes a detailed intake form, Debra develops a personalized plan to address a client’s specific needs. She creates Action Plans to guide the client step by step through a process that helps them achieve both personal and professional goals.
Debra has a business background in marketing & sales, and will accompany you to career fairs, job interviews and networking events. Mock interviews will prepare you for the actual employer interview and build your confidence in the process. From resumes, cover letters and references, she is with you every step of the way!
Her practice is on Long Island and in Manhattan.

Group Coaching: Strategies For Life
In addition to individual coaching sessions, Debra offers group coaching. “Strategies for Life,” offers adults (age 18-35) with Asperger’s and other learning differences a weekly session where they will learn to navigate through the challenges of life after high school and beyond. The aim is to gain valuable skills for independent living and creating a fulfilling life.
From time management and interaction with peers, to preparing for sustainable employment and managing a household, Strategies for Life sessions will provide a relaxed environment for participants to interact with each other and with special guests from the academic and business community.
