The results are in — and honestly, we couldn’t be more thrilled! After a few long-awaited months, Long Island Business News published their “Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business” list in their October issue, and Debra Solomon, the founder of Spectrum Strategies, was awarded a coveted spot!
Launched in 2000, the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business program was designed to highlight prominent business women on Long Island for the positive ways they have helped serve and improve the Long Island community.
At a beautiful dinner hosted by the Crest Hollow Country Club, Debra was honored among her peers with a unique crystal memento and tribute to her work with the autism community throughout Long Island and New York and recognized for her business acumen, mentoring, and community involvement.
Founding Spectrum Strategies in 2013, Debra Solomon works with young adults on the Autism Spectrum. Debra’s goal is to educate companies about people on the Spectrum and the many gifts and abilities that these individuals can provide to the business community. Her coaching is for both the individual and the family, facilitating the transition from high school, to the vocational world, college or the workforce. Debra works with clients based on their individual needs, helping them achieve both their personal and professional goals.
